Rui's SPMT (self-propelled modular transporter) safely executed the challenging job of shifting four huge offshore wind mills in the east china sea. The offshore wind tower started from the facility to the jetty 5 Kilometers. The size of each tower was 38 meters in Length, 15 meters in Width, and 45 meters in height and its total weight is 860 tons including all steel beams.
SPMT speed to move in is so slow to carefully maintain of the cargo. Another task came unexpectedly in the form of ongoing road construction work on the stipulated route; due to which a new road had to be laid down, all the way up to the main entrance of the site. Heavy equipment was pressed into service to develop an access path for SPMT. Despite initial hiccups, the first ship block reached its destination within 24 hours.
